Green Chile

Yield: A crap ton.

5-6 pounds chuck roast

Onion and garlic powder (to cover meat)

Set crock pot to low for 24 hours, or until meat falls apart.

Take meat out and shred. Put in a large pot with the following ingredients.

1 onion, coarsely chopped

3-5 cloves garlic

28 oz green chiles (with garlic in blender)

14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper

Simmer for at least two hours on low heat.

Walla. Top with an egg – maybe some Cholula. Don’t let me tell you how to live your life.
